What is Meet the Heroes?

Meet the Heroes is a 501c(3) nonprofit dedicated to educating youth and celebrating the accomplishments of Women and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color that have made incredible accomplishments within their lifetime. We use their stories as inspiration to teach STEAM and Literacy through interactive projects and activities.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

Crafts & Activities
that your kids will love!

We go to schools, churches, and festivals providing crafts and activities specifically tailored for your group. Our activities expand for K-8 students and families. We have physical activities, crafts and engineering. ​Each of the heroes has a dedicated activity where volunteers will help your children work through the crafts or STEM projects. Those crafts are associated with the profession or achievements for each hero. They can be tailored to your current courses or to emphasize a certain aspect of each activity.  Book us now!
